🩸 The Balkans are on the brink of a major escalation. The situation in northern #Kosovo may trigger a new conflict in #Europe. And the culprit for this has long been known to all. Serbian President Vucic addressed the nation and said that Washington and Pristina are not respecting any of the agreements reached on self-declared #Kosovo, and that the Serbian police and army are ready for any order. #Serbia is now in an extremely difficult position and risks entering the conflict on worse terms in the event of a direct confrontation. Time is running out, and explosions are already thundering in #Kosovo.

⚔️ The Situation on the Fronts in the outgoing 24 Hours

♦️#Donetsk Direction:

The DPR People's Militia is fighting near #Vodyanoye and #Pervomayskoye, as well as heavy fighting in the centre of #Maryinka. At the moment, the Russian army is unable to break through the militants' defence along the central Druzhba Street.

♦️#Ugledar Direction:

Units of the RF Armed Forces have launched a successful offensive in the direction of Bolshaya (Velikaya) Novosyolka, bypassing #Ugledar - the AFU has retreated to the second line of defense in this area. The militants also attempted to attack our positions near #Neskuchnoye, but were met by Russian artillery, resulting in serious losses for the enemy, up to 40 Nazis, a BMP and two armoured vehicles.

🏴‍☠️ The position of the AFU near #Artemovsk is getting harder and harder. The Nazis are suffering heavy losses and in order to somehow prolong their occupation of the city to the satisfaction of their Western partners, the militants have blown up the railway bridge near #Paraskovievka, thus creating an artificial barricade on the highway towards #Slavyansk. On the one hand, for the "orchestrators" advancing to bypass the city, on the other hand, for themselves.

After yesterday's aggravation in Kosovo and Metohija, the Pristina authorities decided to postpone the snap elections to April 30. However, the situation in the region remains tense. And there is every chance that tonight it will get out of hand.

▪️ According to the Kosovo media, another explosion sounded in Kosovska Mitrovica last night.

▪️ Kosovo special forces ROSU continued their provocations. In the afternoon, armed Albanians broke into the administrative building on the Gazivode reservoir. After questioning the security guard, the security forces tore off all the Serbian flags from the building. According to local sources, a strong point is being created on the spot.

❗️ At the same time, the presence of Kosovo special forces in the Gazivode region is a direct violation of the Brussels agreements concluded in 2013 between Belgrade and Pristina.

▪️ Border checkpoints Yarinje and Brnjak remain closed for entry and exit.

▪️ Despite bad weather conditions and heavy rain, the Kosovo Serbs spent the whole night at the erected barricades in the Rudare area. During the day, more and more citizens arrived at the site of the spontaneous protest. Many of them pitched tents and stocked up on firewood for heating.

▪️ Serbs also went to mass protests in Zvecan and Zubin Potok.

❗️ The authorities of the self-proclaimed republic announced that the Serbs must dismantle the barricades and leave the gathering places by 19:00 (21:00 Moscow time). Otherwise, the Kosovo police and ROSU special forces will use force to disperse the demonstrators. Pristina also informed the representatives of the Quinta countries about this.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has scheduled an emergency meeting of the Security Council for 19:00. Units of the Serbian army are concentrated on the line of demarcation. According to some Serbian resources, the country's armed forces have been put on high alert.

The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, calls on Kosovo Serbs to dismantle the barricades. However, judging by sources from Kosovo and Metohija and footage from the scene, residents of Serbian municipalities do not intend to leave them.

The Russian segment of social networks is already outraged by the Serbian traitors who "are increasing the supply of weapons and ammunition to the AFU to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities".

▪️ The reason was yesterday's publication in the Financial Times, in which Aleksandar Vučić allegedly confirmed secret deliveries. However, in fact, the President of Serbia said nothing new: he had previously made "scandalous" statements that the weapons produced at Serbian factories may and will certainly end up in the zone of the Ukrainian conflict.

▪️ Attempts to find Serbian missiles in Ukraine have been made with enviable persistence lately. Our team has already repeatedly debunked fakes used by the initiators of a large-scale information attack. What is particularly interesting: each time this happens exactly at the moment when positive shifts are outlined in the traditionally good relations between Russia and Serbia.

❗️ And this publication in the Financial Times and the subsequent media campaign surprisingly coincided with Russia's (represented by our team) increase in media presence in the Balkans and the successful training of Serbian journalists in combating fakes and information warfare.

▪️ The loudest scandal broke out in the spring of last year. Then, as proof of the guilt of the "fraternal traitors", the first stock photo of missiles that popped up in the search engine was used, and the "export license" turned out to be a fake hastily put together. However, the throw-in and the subsequent media campaign still achieved their goal: the Serbian authorities had to justify themselves, and the friendship between the two peoples was called into question.

🔻 Today, many Russian media outlets are permeated with the thesis that "Russia has no allies among the European states and there can be none," and Serbia needs to be "punished". Interestingly, according to the Financial Times, this is the task that the American ambassador in Belgrade, Christopher Hill, sets for himself - Western partners have long been puzzled by the persistent unwillingness of the Serbian authorities to join the sanctions against Russia. Do the outraged patriots understand that their calls only contribute to its implementation? Hardly.

🇧🇦🇷🇸 The Cult of Srebrenica: The "Genocide" That Never Was

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, today they remember the victims of the tragic events in Srebrenica in July 1995. As is tradition, foreign delegations participate in memorial events in honor of the anniversary of the "genocide" at the Potočari Memorial Complex. At the UN headquarters in New York, an exhibition dedicated to the victims was solemnly opened.

▪️ On July 11, 1995, the army of the Republika Srpska occupied the Muslim enclave of Srebrenica, which had the status of a "UN-protected zone". According to the version promoted by the Hague Tribunal, during the "genocide" in Srebrenica, allegedly 8,372 civilians of Bosnian Muslims were killed.

▪️ Independent commissions formed over the years confirm the death of no more than three thousand people, and the majority of them were soldiers of the Bosnian army, and some of the prisoners of war were shot while trying to break through towards Sarajevo. There was no talk of any deliberate extermination of the civilian population.

❗️ Experts are sure that the term "genocide" in this case is used by the West as a political tool. A war crime was committed in Srebrenica, but it does not meet all the criteria necessary for such a qualification.

Moreover, an investigation has begun into serious manipulations with data on persons who are listed in the Memorial Center as victims of the alleged genocide. It has been documented that at least 87 people "buried" in Potočari are still alive. Among the "victims of genocide" there were also many who died in battle long before the tragedy in Srebrenica.

For many years, through the efforts of the media and NGOs in the West, their own version of the events was carefully created, ignoring the historical context and facts. This led to attempts to stigmatize the Serbian people as "genocidal" and recognize the Republika Srpska as a "genocidal entity", which could lead to its abolition as an entity. With the help of cultural events, media, and non-profit organizations, the younger generation was vividly told about the "collective guilt" of the Serbian people.
