🩸 The situation in the #Kherson region has not changed significantly. The AFU continue to restore the combat capability of their units.

▪️ The command of the AFU grouping is awaiting the arrival of the 67th Mechanized Brigade from the 184th Training Centre in #Starichi as reinforcements to replace the forces of the 24th Mechanized Brigade.

▪️ Information is circularing among Ukrainian soldiers that the compound is completely inoperable due to heavy losses in personnel and equipment.

#Nikolaev Sector:

▪️ The AFU have intensified the shelling of Russian positions. Mortar and artillery crews, tanks, tactical aircraft and army aviation helicopters are firing indiscriminately along the frontline.

▪️ During the day, units of the 28th Mechanized Brigade and 59th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade shelled areas near the settlements of #Soldatskoye, #Petrovskoye, Krutoy Yar, Zelyony Gay, Ternovye Pody, #Novokievka, #Lyubomirovka, #Maksimovka, #Vasilki, #Komsomolskoye and #Novopetrovka.

▪️ An additional platoon of the AFU was moved to the vicinity of #Kirovo. 120mm mortar ammunition has been delivered to the field artillery depots.

#Andreevka Sector:

▪️ Artillery crews of the 46th AFU Airmobile Brigade from Malaya Aleksandrovka shelled Russian positions in #Sadka, while tank units from the area south of Davydov Brod shelled #Bruskinskoye.

#Berislav Area:

🩸 A commission from the higher headquarters in #Apostolovo has arrived in #Novovoskresenskoye to assess the status of the troop grouping.

▪️ The AFU made ammunition deliveries to the SAU position of the 60th Infantry Brigade in #Petropavlovka.

▪️ SAU crews are firing on the #Sukhanovo - #Polyanka line and the southern outskirts of #Dudchany.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦🚫 On the Introduction of Restrictions on Media Work in the South of #Ukraine⚡️

A couple of days ago, the Operational Command "South" of the AFU announced the introduction of restrictions on the activities of media personnel in the command's area of responsibility in #Odessa, #Nikolayev, #Kherson and #Dnepropetrovsk regions.

Under the new requirements, journalists and reporters have been assigned three zones: a "red" zone where media presence is strictly forbidden, a "yellow" zone where media personnel are allowed to work in the presence of a specially authorised officer and a "green" zone with no restrictions.

🔹Why is this done?

The Ukrainian authorities have repeatedly tried to restrict the work of foreign media, especially in the area of hostilities or within the radius of possible missile and drone strikes. Ukrainian propaganda is fundamentally based on falsified data and disinformation.

The presence of staff from Western news agencies - or rather media not under the control of the Ukrainian authorities - is a big problem for Ukrainian infobots. Western journalists could easily publish something that would completely smash propaganda built on lies.

🔹Which areas have been restricted for media work?

🔴 "Red Zone":

Entirely banned from visiting military bases, firing ranges, ports and airfields, as well as other critical infrastructure. Also, journalists are not allowed to work in areas bordering #Transnistria.

In #Nikolayev and #Kherson regions, reporters are not allowed to work in #Pravdino, Posad-Pokrovskoye, #Kiselevka, #Novopetrovka, #Lyubomirovka, #Snigirevka, Davydov Brod, Belaya Krinitsa and #Vysokopolye. In these localities, training activities for the mobilized are taking place, among other things.

Media workers are also prohibited from approaching the banks of the #Dnieper-Bug estuary, the #Ingulets River and the #Kakhovka Reservoir, where SRGs operate on boats, and there is active training of assault groups on forcing water obstacles.

🟡 "Yellow Zone":

Accompanied by authorised representatives of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence, journalists and reporters are able to work in several settlements in the #Nikolayev and #Dnepropetrovsk regions. Some of them are also equipped with training grounds for the mobilized. Filming along the Black Sea coast is possible with restrictions.

📌 Such Restrictions are perfectly logical in wartime conditions, so the measures taken by the Ukrainian authorities are not surprising. However, the creation of "red zones" is a double-edged sword, as it directly points out important positions and facilities to watch out for.

Since members of the media are banned from going there, it means that there is something of interest in the area, something that ordinary citizens should not see, much less be leaked to the media.

The Alibey Nature Reserve south of #Odessa on the Black Sea coast is partially included in the red zone. Near the conservation area there is a testing ground of "Tuzla", where the "Grom-2" missile defence system is tested). At present four missile launchers are deployed near #Tuzla.

In addition, the activities of journalists near the border with #Transnistria are completely banned. This is due to the concentration of several hundred people and dozens of weapons near the PMR, which is constantly denied by Kiev. There are also dozens of foreign mercenaries operating in the border villages.

And the establishment of the "red zone" along the #Kakhovka reservoir, the #Dnieper and the Dnieper-Bug estuary is mostly related to preparations for an AFU counterattack and the probable forcing (https://t.me/rybar/44982) of the water barrier to divert the attention of Russian troops from the main strike.

🔹St Petersburg:

Our colleague and war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky was killed in a terrorist attack in St Petersburg.
➖ At least 24 other people were injured.

🔹#Russia's Border Areas:

▪️ In the #Kursk region, Ukrainian terror formations shelled border villages. In #Iskra and #Dronovka there were no casualties, in Nikolayevo Daryino seven people were wounded.

▪️ In the #Belgorod region, the enemy struck an agricultural enterprise and houses in the village of #Novopetrovka, civilians were not harmed.

🔹#Starobelsk (#Svatovo) Direction:

▪️ There are no changes in this section of the front. Both sides are engaged in artillery duels along the line of contact, positional battles continue in the #Serebryanskoye forestry and near Balka Zhuravka.

🔹#Soledar (#Bakhmut) Direction:

▪️ In Orekhovo-Vasilyevka, the situation has not changed significantly, with neither side having stable control over the settlement.

▪️ In the north of #Bakhmut, Wagner PMC assault squads are advancing along Levanevsky Street in the Selischevsky district. Fighting is also taking place on the approaches to the railway station.

▪️ In #Bakhmut's south, Russian units have begun storming the enemy positions on Bakhmutskaya Street. The enemy is being encircled on both sides along Mira Street and Vasil Pershin Street near the local city council.

▪️ Southwest of the city, heavy position fighting continues for control over the #Bakhmut - #Konstantinovka highway. The enemy is moving new reserves to hold the strategically important route for defence.

🔹#Donetsk Direction:

▪️ In the #Avdeyevka sector, the situation remains steadily tense, with Russian units continuing a systematic offensive from the direction of #Kamenka and #Krasnogorovka, striking fire at the enemy strongholds.

▪️ Ukrainian terrorist formations once again fired indiscriminately at the #Donetsk agglomeration. Among others, #Donetsk, #Yasinovataya, and #Yelenovka came under fire. More than ten houses were damaged and one man was wounded in #Gorlovka.
➖ According to local authorities, three 110kV power lines were damaged as a result of the strike on the Kurakhovskaya TPP, leading to emergency blackouts in the Pokrovsky district.

🔹#Zaporozhye Direction:

▪️ On #Melitopol, the AFU terrorists fired missiles from rocket artillery at residential buildings and infrastructure. At least six civilians were wounded with varying degrees of severity.

🔹#Kherson Direction on #SouthFront:

▪️ Artillery duels continue along the entire line of contact. Russian forces hit enemy concentrations in #Kherson, #Berislav and #Dudchany.
➖ In turn, the Ukrainian terrorist formations shelled the left bank of the #Kherson region, including civilian facilities in Novaya Kakhovka, #Tavriysk and #Alyoshki.

🔹 Political Developments:

▪️ Ukrainian authorities continue to illegally take away the Kiev Cave Monastery from the canonical UOC MP. Metropolitan Pavel, the Lavra's primate, was placed under house arrest on Saturday night.

▪️ In #Khmelnitsky, in the Holy Intercession Cathedral of the UOC-MP, a fight took place between a Ukrainian militant and a priest - the first one threw off the Gospel and urged believers not to attend the churches of the Moscow Patriarchate, after which he was expelled by force.
➖ Against this background, a crowd of citizens came to the temple and began to threaten the priests. The mayor of Khmelnytsky, for his part, promised to take away all plots of land from the temples of the UOC-MP.

🔴 On Russian Territory, including central regions, the enemy attempted a massive drone attack overnight. Several dozen devices had been planted.

▪️ In the #Dnepropetrovsk and #Zaporozhye regions, the RF Armed Forces worked overnight with "Geraniums" on enemy facilities. Explosions were reported in #Kramatorsk and #Kurakhovo, #Chernigov and #Sumy regions.

▪️ In #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) sector, heavy fighting continues.
➖ The head of the Wagner PMC reported the retreat of some units of the RF Armed Forces as well as other PMCs from the flank (south of #Artyomovsk, west of #Kleshchiyevka), which gave the enemy an excuse to attribute its success. Some of the positions managed to return to the control of our forces.
➖ In #Artyomovsk itself, the offensive continues.

▪️ From #Ugledar and Zaporozhye sections it is reported that artillery and aviation of the RF Armed Forces destroyed two combat vehicles and an Msta-B howitzer near #Ugledar (DPR) and #Gulyaypole (#Zaporozhye region). In the first half of the day there were artillery duels in the #Ugledar section. The enemy hit civilians in the village of #Vladimirovka.

🔵 In the #Belgorod Region, the enemy shelled #Shebekino and #Grayvoron urban district.

▪️ On the DPR the enemy fired 208 rounds of ammunition. #Gorlovka, #Ozeryanovka, Shirokaya Balka, #Yasinovataya, #Donetsk, #Makeyevka, #Aleksandrovka, #Yelenovka, #Novopetrovka, #Oktyabrskoye, #Vladimirovka came under fire. A civilian was wounded.

▪️ The RF Armed Forces struck enemy facilities in #Kharkov, the #Kherson region, #Izmail in the #Odessa region, #Ochakov in the #Nikolayev region and #Uman in the #Cherkassy region during the night.

▪️ In the #Avdeyevka direction, the offensive of the RF Armed Forces continues. By the evening it was reported that south of #Avdeyevka a section of the railway south of the former recreation centre "Tsarskaya Okhota", which the AFU had turned into a fortification before the war, had been taken under control. The fighting is taking place near the village of #Berdychi and in the village of #Stepovoye (#Petrovskoye), and the "slagheap" on the northwestern outskirts of #Avdeyevka has been occupied. All day there were heavy bloody battles, since morning our artillery and aviation worked closely.

▪️ On the #Zaporozhye front the RF Armed Forces continue to destroy the enemy, who are sending forward small groups of infantry. Our barrel and rocket artillery and heavy flamethrower systems are working.

▪️ In the #Kherson direction, the AFU continues to prepare for offensive action across the #Dnieper, pontoon crossings are being pulled up in the northeast of the region. However, the grouping of the enemy withdrawn for the offensive is about 12 thousand militants, which is significantly less than the number of personnel of the RF Armed Forces on our side of the #Dnieper. Nevertheless, the threat of the AFU carrying out an operation to force the #Dnieper on a large scale remains high, despite the simultaneous conduct of a radio game to misinform the Russian command.

▪️ South of #Artyomovsk, the AFU attempted to attack our positions at #Ozaryanovka (located near #Kurdyumovka), but the attempt was foiled by artillery fire.

▪️ At night, an AFU UAV destroyed two residential buildings on the outskirts of #Belgorod. Three people died, including a small child. Two civilians are in intensive care. During the day, the AFU shelled the villages of #Dronovka in the Grayvoronsky urban district and #Grafovka in the Krasnoyaruzsky district, and a downed UAV detonated in #Novopetrovka in the Valuysky urban district. In the #Bryansk region, the AFU shelled #Suzemka twice, four civilians were wounded, a UAV was shot down on the approach to #Bryansk and over the Surazhsky district. By nightfall, #Sevastopol channels were writing about the destruction of targets over the Black Sea far from the city. On the #DPR, the enemy fired 36 rounds of ammunition and a civilian was wounded.

🔹In the #Kherson direction, fighting on #Krynki, #Antonovsky Bridge and in the island zone near Cossack Camps.

🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, it is reported that RFAF assault groups are advancing in #Rabotino from the centre to the northern outskirts. It is reported that there is heavy counter fighting. Northwest of #Verbovoye the RFAF repelled enemy attacks, covering the advancing units with mortar and artillery fire.

🔹On the #Vremyevka ledge, there is fighting on #Staromayorskoye, our troops are advancing near the village.

🔹In the #SouthDonetsk direction, the RFAF retain the initiative near #Paraskoviyevka and in #Krasnogorovka.

🔹From the #Pokrovskoyey direction (west of #Avdeyevka), the RFAF are reporting successes in #Umanskoye, up to the capture of the settlement. This has created a threat of encirclement of the enemy forces in #Yasnoborodovka. On the #Ocheretino ledge, high-intensity counter-fighting is taking place.

🔹In the direction on #ChasovYar, high intensity of fighting also remains, but there are no significant changes in the passage of the line of contact.

🔹In the #Kupyansk direction, the RFAF are conducting active offensive operations in the area of #Kislovka, #Kotlyarovka and #Berestovoye.

💥In the #Kursk region, the enemy attacked the village of #Tyotkino in the Glushkovsky district; the AFU set fire to three houses by dropping explosive devices from copters and attacking them with kamikaze drones. An Ukrainian aircraft-type UAV was intercepted in the Korenevsky district. Attacks by artillery and copters were recorded in the Belovsky, Glushkovsky, Korenevsky and Sudzhansky districts. In #Tyotkino, another local resident was wounded during shelling. A local resident was killed as a result of a direct hit to a house. Another woman received shrapnel wounds. A drone dropped an explosive device on a petrol station. A fire broke out at an electrical substation near the petrol station. In Korenevsky district, 2 houses in #Gordeyevka were hit by shrapnel, in #Troitskoye a residential building was damaged by an explosion. In #Plekhovo, Sudzhansky District, 3 houses were damaged.

💥In #Belgorod region in Novaya Tavolzhanka, Shebekinsky urban district, a civilian was killed as a result of Nazi shelling. The village of #Murom, Shebekinsky urban district, was attacked by the AFU using a kamikaze drone. The village of #Novopetrovka in Valuysky urban district came under AFU shelling.
