📋🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Two Majors #Report for the Morning of 30 August 2023; pub. 06:51📍

▪️ Overnight, the RF Armed Forces launched strikes on #Kiev. Six enemy targets are reported to have been hit. Explosions were also reported from the #Odessa and #Kirovograd regions, a number of which were caused by the fall of Ukrainian air defence missiles.

▪️ The AFU organised a mass UAV raid at night on the #Pskov, #Orlovsk, #Ryazan, #Kaluga, #Moscow regions and the hero city of #Sevastopol. Most of the drones were destroyed. At the military airfield in #Pskov, two Il-76s burned down and two were damaged. Local media write about a fire at the deployment site of the 2nd GRU Special Forces Brigade. According to preliminary estimates, the enemy launched 21 drones towards #Pskov alone. A strike on the Kremny EL Plant, which produces microelectronics, was filmed in #Bryansk.

▪️ At midnight in the Black Sea our aircraft destroyed 4 enemy boats with 50 personnel on them. It is possible that the enemy is hatching plans for a new landing in the #Crimea.

▪️ On the #Zaporozhye front, the AFU continues its attacks on the #Rabotino - #Verbovoye line. The enemy is bringing heavy armoured vehicles into #Rabotino. One "Leopard" and several armoured vehicles were destroyed near the village. The RF Armed Forces brought into the battle the units that had been previously replaced by the 7th Air Assault Division. The heaviest bloody battles are taking place.

❗️This section of the front shows signs of a change in the AFU's strategy. After the West's open dissatisfaction with the results of the Ukrainian strategic offensive operation, the enemy is pulling together all forces into a strike fist, trying to achieve success before the autumn thaw.

▪️ In the #Kherson direction, boats on which the enemy was attempting to land a landing on islands in the #Dnieper River floodplain were destroyed.

▪️ Fighting continues near #Kleshcheyevka south of #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut).

▪️ The Korenevsky district of the #Kursk region was shelled, in the #Bryansk region the AFU shelled the village of #Klimovo with MLRS, 6 people were wounded, including children. Shelling of the #Belgorod region continues unabated. In the #DPR, three civilians were killed by AFU fire.

▪️ The RF Armed Forces carried out strikes by "Geranium" UAVs against enemy facilities in Krivoy Rog all night. Air defence operations were also reported in the #Chernigov region.

▪️ In the #Vremyevka direction, with renewed vigour, the enemy resumed "meat assaults" on the #Novodonetskoye - #Novomayorskoye line, shifting the direction of concentration of efforts to the east after a long absence of successes near #Urozhaynoye. The tactics of the AFU are the same: infantry is brought by armoured vehicles to the line of contact, after which it tries to get closer to our positions.

▪️ On the #Zaporozhye front there are battles for #Rabotino. The enemy is trying to gain a foothold in the settlement and the surrounding landings. There are artillery duels, the Russian Army uses aviation and artillery on the advancing enemy.

▪️ In the #Avdeyevka sector, the AFU has transferred units of the 36th Separate Marine Brigade and heavy NATO equipment to the area of the #Opytnoye village and is preparing offensive operations. A reconnaissance team from the newly arrived AFU brigade was intercepted and prisoners were taken.

▪️ In the #Kherson direction, fighting for the islands continues, artillery duels are taking place, the AFU is constantly striking at our settlements.

▪️ Near #Kremennaya, at the #Torskoye ledge and in the #Serebryanskoye forestry, several enemy attacks were foiled during the day, one of the advancing AFU groups was covered at the moment of forming a column.

▪️ During the night, two AFU UAVs were shot down over the #Belgorod region, which is under enemy artillery fire. In the #Orlovsk region near the village of #Somovo, an enemy drone was suppressed by electronic warfare means. In the #Zaporozhye region, an air defence system was triggered in #Melitopol. On the #DPR, the enemy fired 244 shells, three civilians were wounded.

▪️ The conflict in Ukraine may drag on for another five years. Such a forecast is increasingly popular among Western officials, the Economist has reported. The publication notes that the parties to the conflict are not ready to make concessions;

▪️ #Slovakia will no longer send weapons to #Ukraine, but offers a wide range of humanitarian and civilian aid, the country's defence ministry said.
