🗓 Over the past day, Ukrainian formations have tried several times to break through the defenses of the Russian army at the boundary of #Rabotino and #Verbovoye.
🔹At #Verbovoye, three assault groups of 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade and 46th Separate Airmobile Brigade, 15 men each, under cover of armoured vehicles, attacked the Russian positions at #Verbovoye, but unsuccessfully; artillery worked hard on them.
🔹Also, combined squads of 46th Separate Airmobile Brigade and 47th Mechanized Brigade conducted at least five attacks from landings east of #Rabotino to the heights northeast of #Novopokropovka, the control of which is necessary for further advancement to the south.
▪️ As a result of the ensuing battle and concentrated artillery, air and tank fire, the enemy was stopped. Some paratroopers of the 46th Brigade refused to fight and fled their positions.
☠️ And the losses of the AFU are growing. Only in the Marun Tactical Group, according to confirmed data for August, the number of losses totalled 867 men from the 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade, 46th Separate Airmobile Brigadeand 132nd Reconnaissance Battalion.
❗️Because of this, preparations are underway to bring into battle the 71st Jaeger Brigade, which is fully manned and already in the #Orekhov area.
📌 Along with the transfer of the 3rd Battalion of the 80th Separate Air Assault Brigade to #Orekhov, a unit of the 35th Separate Marines Brigade from the #Donetsk direction is expected to arrive, which indicates the imminent activation of the AFU in this area.

🗓 The main battles of the last weeks are taking place in the area of #Verbovoye south of #Orekhov. Units of 82nd Separate Air Assault and 71st Jaeger Brigades are trying to storm the first line of the Russian defence to break through to #Tokmak, but without success.
▪️ Western sources, including The Wall Street Journal, say that the AFU has finally achieved significant success by breaking through the "Surovikin Line" west of #Verbovoye. But in reality, clashes have been going on here for more than a month, and the AFU has no visible successes.
▪️ Attempts to gain a foothold in the village end by Russian artillery shelling and the subsequent retreat of the enemy to the initial positions. The forces of the AFU's 71st Jaeger Brigade, which recently entered the battle, have already suffered significant losses, and the number of "refuseniks" is growing every day.
▪️ The assault on height 136.7 northeast of #Novopokropovka is similarly unsuccessful. Yes, there is a slight advance, but the price for a couple of dozen metres is huge. Another column of military equipment has passed through #Dnepropetrovsk to replace the losses.
❗️Now at #Orekhov, Ukrainian Forces of Special Operation on several AFVs, including three command and staff vehicles, have appeared. Special forces teams are checking communications and are likely to launch a new attack in the coming days.
📌 In addition, in the #Gulyaypole area, the intensity of work of TOPAZ military satellites, which are photographing settlements east and southeast of #Pologi, has increased. This activity indicates the collection of data on the Russian positions before a possible resumption of hostilities.

▪️ Due to serious losses, the units of the 3rd Battalion of the 117th Mechanized Brigade and the 82rd Separate Air Assault Brigade were once again rotated. Reinforcements to replace them arrived the other day, including forces from the 65th Brigade.
▪️ It is with the forces of the 65th Mechanized Brigade that the AFU plans to storm the heights south of #Rabotino. Their location is advantageous for the defence of both #Novopokropovka and positions in the forest belts to the east, so the AFU though concentrate their efforts on them.
🔹 And if the fighting in the #Orekhov section has already become somewhat routine, the activation of Ukrainian formations in the direction of #Vasilyevka and #Pologi is a rather unique event for the last few months.
▪️ In the area of #Grigorovka, #Stepnogorsk and #Kamenskoye, the arrival of unidentified units has been noted, which are setting up control points in these villages.
▪️ Also near #Belogoriye several groups of the 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade (our artillery is already working on them) have taken up positions. And the enemy aviation from the airfield in #Dnepropetrovsk began firing at rear facilities, including #Pologi.
📌 Such activity of the AFU in two areas indicates a possible attack on both #Vasilyevka and #Pologi. And in principle, given the problems at #Orekhov, this option is quite logical for stretching the front. Another question is whether the AFU will have enough reserves for a broad front offensive.

🔹#Svatovo - #Kremennaya Direction:
▪️ In the #Kupyansk sector, ours advanced slightly near #Kislovka, at #Sinkovka and #Petropavlovka without change.
▪️ In the #Serebryanskoye forest continued positional fighting. Our fighters attacked at #Belogorovka.
🔹#Bakhmut (#Artyomovsk) Direction:
▪️Our fighters have consolidated in the eastern part of Orekhovo-Vasilyevka, while the western part is in the grey zone.
▪️ In #Kleshcheyevka, the AFU attack the Russian positions near the railway with large forces, but artillery is actively working on the militants, and motorised riflemen are skillfully responding.
▪️ There are no changes in the #Andreyevka area, counterbattles in the grey zone.
🔹#Donetsk Direction:
▪️ Our army with the support of the RF Aerospace Forces attacked south of #Avdeyevka. In #Maryinka ours are storming the western outskirts, but so far without advances, as well as in #Novomikhaylovka.

▪️Units of the AFU's 33rd Mechanized Brigade were redeployed to the landings east of #Rabotino to storm the positions northwest of #Verbovoye. Fire support will be provided by artillerymen from the SAU Division of the 118th Mechanized Brigade.
▪️ Similarly, forces of the 3rd Spartan Brigade of the Ukrainian National Guard began moving into the forest belts northeast of #Novopokropovka. Formations of the 3rd Brigade tried unsuccessfully to storm #Kopani earlier, and now they have been sent to attack #Novopokropovka.
▪️ At the same time, the 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade is being re-staffed in the reserve, and the Topaz Tactical Group, consisting of the 78th Separate Air Assault Regiment and the 3rd Battalion of the 80th Separate Air Assault Brigade, is being prepared for battle. And a reconnaissance station for ground moving targets was installed in Malaya Tokmachka to simplify the identification of the Russian positions.

▪️ In the #Maryinka sector there is an assault on enemy positions near #Krasnogorovka and on the western outskirts of #Maryinka, where our FPV drones are actively working on the enemy.
