Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor and confidant to the CEO, providing leadership and direction for critical projects across the organization;
- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring collaboration across various departments;
- Enhance executive decision-making processes by providing timely and accurate information analysis;
- Manage the organization's operational and strategic planning, including business analysis and project management.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business management or executive advisory role;
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail;
- Fluency in English and French is required.
