Задачи:
- Брать ответственность за продукт или большую часть продукта, самостоятельно формировать бэклог;
- Обнаруживать глубинные боли и потребности пользователей;
- Искать инсайты и на их основе создавать новые или улучшать существующие продукты Точки. Это может быть продукт для предпринимателей: онлайн-бухгалтерия, электронный документооборот и другие. Или небанковские сервисы: по продвижению бизнеса или поиску партнёров. Выбор команды зависит от твоих навыков, опыта и интереса — всё это обсудите на собеседовании;
- Вести проект от начала до конца, руководствуясь заданными целями. Например, цель такая: вырастить проникновение продукта в работающую базу на 3% в следующем квартале. Ты предложишь пути решения задачи и реализуешь её вместе с командой;
- Организовывать эффективное взаимодействие внутри команды: налаживать коммуникацию между разработчиками, продуктовыми дизайнерами, UX-исследователями и участниками других команд;
- Рассчитывать Юнит-экономику, если этого требует продукт.

Ты подойдёшь, если:
- Уже был опыт создания новых или масштабирования существующих продуктов в роли продакт-менеджера;
- Отлично ориентируешься в продуктовых метриках (ARPPU, LTV и др.);
- Можешь выделить достаточно большую аудиторию, определить, что им нужно, и сделать продукт, удовлетворяющий эти потребности;
- Умеешь просто и понятно поставить задачу дизайнеру, редактору, исследователю, маркетологу;
- Сможешь взаимодействовать с другими смежными командами, чтобы выяснять важные детали для продукта. Например, с командой поддержки, юристов или продавцов;
- Умеешь планировать на 3–6 месяцев. Можешь сделать дорожную карту изменений продукта на квартал или полугодие.

We are looking for Head of Data Science for digital bank in Vietnam

📍Location: Vietnam

Responsibilities:
- Lead and build a team of data scientist to deep dive into the data and answer complex business questions;
- Explore and extract insights from massive dataset of geospatial, behavioral, economic, and the extraction of 3rd party data, to power a credit scoring model that can make financing decisions instantly, accurately and in fairness to the end user;
- Leveraging data to help the business answer questions around further expansion, products, user acquisition/retention/churn and any other business goals that can be addressed through data insights;
- Build, validate, test, and deploy machine learning or other data science models to predict and influence the behavior of consumers with the goal of optimizing system efficiency of the platform;
- Develop a deep behavioral understanding and intuition of users and translate these intuitions into actionable, creative insights that produces heuristic or classification models to identify system violators;
- Manage and own the entire end-to-end lifecycle of designing models, working with Engineering for implementation, scaling, to maintenance and enforcement;
- Work independently or in a team to solve complex problem statements;
- Test and validate these insights via rapid experimentation and deployment;
- Interface with business & operation teams to formulate solutions & product changes informed by your findings.

Requirements:
- Experience in leading a team of data scientists, preferably in a startup or tech company;
- 8+ years relevant industry experience (preferably in an Internet or 'Direct to Consumer' company with high velocity data and scaled controlled experiments);
- Strong statistical knowledge - ideally having utilized controlled experiments in the industry;
- Experience solving prediction, classification, reinforcement problems using applied statistics & machine learning;
- Experience with Data Science / scripting / programming tools, including but not limited to Python, R or SQL;
- Experience in Spark (Scala / pySpark) would be a plus.
