Day Two of the 20th All-American Council started with Divine Liturgy presided by His Grace Bishop Alexei and clergy from the Diocese of Alaska. After Liturgy, the Orthodox Church in America convened the second Plenary Session of the AAC.

Following Divine Liturgy Wednesday morning at the 20th All-American Council, the Third Plenary Session convened, various meetings and forums were held, and a Panikhida was celebrated for those who have departed this life. On Thursday morning, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon presided at the celebration of the hierarchical Divine Liturgy at the 20th All-American Council. Those at the Liturgy enjoyed a special choir performance from the Youth of the AAC. After Liturgy, the youth had a special breakfast with members of the Holy Synod. On Thursday, July 21, 2022, at the Grand Banquet of the 20th All-American Council, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon awarded the Primatial Gramota to Archpriest Theodore Boback, Clergy Chair of the Local Committee, and the St. Innocent Award, Bronze class to Ms. Lisa Mikhalevsky, Lay Chair of the Local Committee, for their faithful service to the Orthodox Church in America, especially as Clergy and Lay Chairs of the Local Committee for the 20th All-American Council. His Beatitude also awarded Mr. Barry Migyanko, Executive Administrator, the St. Innocent Award, Silver class for his many years of service to the Orthodox Church in America, and especially to the Central Administration.

Hundreds of delegates and visitors attending the 20th All-American Council held at the Hilton Inner Harbor Hotel in Baltimore, MD, were able to experience many of the Sacred Treasures of the Orthodox Church in America, housed at Saint Tikhon’s Monastery, South Canaan, PA.
