The contracts allow UNI holders to take anywhere from 1/10 - 1/4 of fees
At 1/10, this would mean $61m revenue / year
At 1/4, this would mean $153m revenue / year
All this is assuming no decrease in volume from the fee. All else equal, likely volume would decrease as an extractive fee is introduced

SEC moves to sue Uniswap in bid to hobble fast-growing DeFi sector
The warning came in the form of a so-called Wells Notice, which the SEC sends to a company prior to launching a formal lawsuit, and that provides it with a final opportunity to rebut allegations. In this case, that process is likely to prove little more than a formality as the agency has reportedly been investigating Uniswap for some time, and is in the midst of a sweeping crackdown of the crypto industry.
The SEC is likely to claim the firm illegally offered unregistered securities to the public or that it failed to register as a broker or an exchange.
