Есть иное мнение. В зависимости от морского тренажерного центра в рабочей программе по расширенной подготовке прописано: произвести разведку очага пожара и управлять группами разведки очага пожара. Возможен вариант, чтобы не было лишних вопросов в party добавляют одного человека с расширенной подготовкой.

FYI. С 31 мая по 9 июня 2023 года пройдет очередная 107 сессия Maritime Safety Committee, где будет вынесен один из вопросов в отношении документов моряков РФ. По информации с IMO.org Pre-session public release: //
The following seafarer’s documents should be recognized as fraudulent and cannot be accepted, which may be found during flag and port State control inspections or on application for recognition of certificates: CoC (рабочие дипломы/сертификаты), CoP (подтвержения/документы специалиста), medical certificates, seaman’s books.
The relevant ban should apply to documents issued by the harbour masters of the specified seaports, maritime educational and training centres in the specified cities and regions.

Как работает Maritime Safety Committee (MSC). Раз в полугодие на очередную сессию выносятся различные вопросы и предложения. В отведенное на сессию время рабочая группа проводит коррективы, часть предложений могут быть приняты, не приняты либо отложены на дальнейшую проработку. По результату выходят резолюции MSC с поправками в международные конвенции и кодексы.
Напоминаю, что данный ресурс дает морякам знания и оказывает помощь в рабочих и организационных вопросах.

Помните я публиковал пост с кликбейтным громким названием "⛔️ Ban of seafarer’s documents 🇷🇺 ?!" Появился отчет со 107 сессии Maritime Safety Commettee 107/20 [ref: docs.imo.org], публикуется далее. Почитаете в Section 19 Any other business, где запротоколированы заявления сторон, выступающих по данному вопросу.
Еще, полезные Annex'ы (новые IMO MSC резолюции) пока не представлены, но я уже собрал некую пачку новых июльских MSC циркуляров, скоро опубликую.
Напоминаю, что данный ресурс дает морякам знания и оказывает помощь в рабочих и организационных вопросах.
