We recently conducted island-wide enforcement operations 👮♀️ over several nights. We booked 62 vehicles 🚗🏍️ for a total of 273 various offences. In one operation, we also joined forces with NEA for noise emission offences.
Our officers inspected vehicles for illegal modification such as having non-compliant tinted films, non-compliant decorative lamps and illegally modified exhausts.
Illegal modifications can compromise the safety of motorists and other road users.
We take these offences seriously and will continue to take action against these errant motorists.

#WhileYouWereSleeping 😴 Did you know that we've been carrying out works to enhance our road tunnels?
One of the enhancements is upgrading the lighting system to energy-efficient LED lights, which not only have a longer lifespan but are also more environmentally friendly. 🌏 These new lights are undergoing tests and will be ready by July.
The upgrading works take place within a small window, between midnight 🕛 and 5am 🕔 so that the roads can be re-opened before the morning peak traffic. 🚗🏍️
