This is an experimental alpha release. It has to be clean flashed. Please make sure to be aware of the few known issues and to read the changelog linked below.
Of course this is the non-plus version of Pixel Experience 12. So you may miss some feature from PE11, but they will come back and are represented by the brand new ones in the meantime! ;)
Last but not least: I do this in my free time - for you - for free, alongside a fulltime job, family and real life in general. So if you like the shiny end-result running on your phone, feel free to donate a buck at lexip.dev/donut.

This build has to be clean installed (clean flashed) in any case. No matter which ROM and version you have used before. All further builds will be updateable over-the-air / automatically as usual. Welcome back! Besides the "usual" Pixel Experience builds, there will be the Plus Edition with many more useful features and settings. I highly recommend switching to the Plus Edition, but you have to make the switch yourself.
That means, you need to download the Plus Edition build for your device from here and flash it manually using adb sideload in TWRP.
