Привет, ищу к себе в команду лида c бэкграундом Java, кто возьмет под крыло 2 команды разработки сервисов и который умеет управлять, мотивировать и работать с людьми, понимает как найти оптимальное решение, умеет приоритизировать цели и ресурсы.
Что у нас.
2 кросс-функциональные команды, делающие платформенные сервисы для более 100 потребителей.
Cервис Компонента ФродМониторинга (КФМ) – продукт, направленный на реализацию инструментов проверки операций (финансовых и нефинансовых) клиентов Банка на предмет мошенничества.
Сервис базовые инструменты проверки операций — продукт для предотвращения рисков банка, связанных с проведением операций клиентами, находящимися в Стоп-листах, и принятия решения по "Матрице принятия решений".
Сейчас работаем над хотелками клиентов, стекхолдеров и переходим со старого техстека (Java 8, WebSphere и вот этот вот весь кровавый энтерпрайз) на новый (Java 11, SpringBoot, OpenShift).
Технический стек:
Java 8 (IBM), OpenJdk 11; Spring Boot; Spring Framework; OpenShift
Задачи:
- Выстраивание процессов разработки
- Участие в найме членов команды
- Приоритизация и взаимодействие со стекхолдерами, клиентами
- Участие в проработке целевой архитектуры сервисов
- Управление развитием и мотивацией команд
Что ждем от кандидатов:
Опыт работы в роли Team lead; Опыт backend разработки на Java; Понимание ценности Agile принципов и опыт их применения;
