🔎Мы ищем Технического руководителя платформы / CTO / Кофаундера для самого технологичного игрока на рынке агро-экспорта, который запускает новый цифровой проект. Компания создает платформу (Яндекс GO для AgroTech рынка) для торговли и экспорта сырья, выгодно выделяющуюся на фоне конкурентов своей проработанной контрактной обвязкой. Сейчас происходит разработка MVP внешним подрядчиком, но в компании не хватает технической компетенции для управления этим стратегически-важным проектом.

Ключевые задачи:
⭕️ Контроль внутренних и внешних ресурсов на проекте
⭕️ Контроль качества разработки
⭕️ Дизайн архитектуры решения с учетом требований по безопасности и отказоустойчивости
⭕️ Учет требований со стороны владельца продукта и акционера и их техническая формализация
⭕️ Быть Decision Maker’ом для спорных и неочевидных ситуаций
Требования:
Технический стек:
✅ Микросервисная архитектура. Gitlab, Docker
✅ Интеграция SDK, ЭДО (СБИС)
✅ *Фронт WEB - React.TS + Redux* + react-query + bootstrap + styled-components + formik + без стейтменеджмента
✅ Фронт АРР - Flutter (android + ios) / Dart + State Management: Bloc + API: Dio + Dependency Injection: Articum + Storage: Shared Preference + Analytics: Firebase Crashlytics
✅ Бэк - Python + Django + flake8 + RabbitMq (брокер) и Celery (исполнитель)
✅ БД – PostgreSQL
Дополнительные требования:
✅ 4+ лет опыта разработке в стеке Python (Django), RabbitMQ, Celery и более года работы с Flutter.
✅ Базовое понимание устройства React и библиотеки Redux и Typescript
✅ Базовое понимание геоинформационных систем (ГИС)
✅ Доминирующая экспертиза в backend-разработке
✅ Высшее техническое образование
✅ Подтвержденные навыки тимлидинга
