One more thing don't degrade that company if you have good positions in other companies. If you do, obviously they're going to ask you why do you want to join us then?

⭐️Anyways the small companies are always good for our growth because we can learn more there. With the few people in it they can focus on everyone.
⭐️you will get proper tasks there even if you start with low salary, Your role and position will be higher. with that position you can apply in big companies with high Payscale.

⭐️If they have not mentioned your career specifically, choose a universal fear. There are many fears that are common across the population but do not choose an answer that is too off topic.

“To be honest there is nothing specific that I fear. If I had to choose a fear, I would mention something happening to my loved one's. I feel as though this is a common fear but I am very close to my family, especially my father".

I'm posting these questions because these were asked in Google forms.
If you have anything to ask link is in the bio of the channel. I'll answer one by one stay tuned😊

Tips to get a good job and good salary

- Keep an upto date resume
- Keep a record of your achievements
- Identify your skills
- Maintain good profile on Linkedin
- Choose your field properly because everything starts at this stage.
- Do some part time projects on upwork according to your field
. So that you can mention them in your resume.
- If you are good at a particular technology. attempt certification exams.
Always say 'Yes,' when an interviewer asks if you have questions.

I would like to know your good name and your position in the organization sir so, I can answer to friends that who took my interview and I also want to know about my weakness because you interviewed me and as an experienced person you can tell me what was my weakness so, I will try my best to enhance my knowledge and I'm sure I'll have more questions if I get the job.
I'm not recommending any books to read😌

Because the only problem is that you can't communicate well is - either you don't know the language or you feel shy to talk.

Watch your favourite Hollywood movies with subtitles. So that u can read and understand at a time. Make lip sync while reading. So that you will be habituated to those words no need to say those things loud.

Improve your presentation skills. Take any topic. And write pros and cons of that topic and present yourself for now do this untill you speak fluent.👍👍

And can't help if you feel shy to talk😂 because you are 21+ already. nothing can be done here 😂
I liked the way you took interview. You were interactive, & patient. As a fresher I am not in a position and not a right person to rate you. But this is a part of interview, really I am feeling comfortable in front of you so I would like to give 8 out of 10.

Why?

Because one important thing a interviewer must have is right decision making capability and whether you are a good decision maker that I will come to know only after this interview result so I will decide on these 2 points afterwards.
Explain me about your project.

1. If your project was done to solve a problem explain about that.
2. Explain about your role in that project and number of people in the project.
3. Explain about Tools and Technologies that you've used in that project.
4. Explain about the challenges that you've faced while doing the project.
5. The time took to complete the project.
6. Drawbacks of the project. (Optional and don't explain too many)

🔔🔔Recruiters will ask this question for sure after this lockdown. So posting best approach and answer for this Question.

During the lockdown Repeated attacks of anxiety and negative thoughts paved the way for mild depression. I've changed my complete lifestyle during the lockdown and Meditation and breathing excercises played a huge role.

To overcome negative thoughts you always need to be busy, for that i started watching documentaries related to history and a bit of coding practice everyday. Enrolled myself in some free courses. Which helped me a lot to crack the first two rounds.
