What if you don't get a salary hike?

If the company is in losses or my performance is low in the office work that's OK. But if my performance is good and i'm able to prove it, then Obviously i need hike because i'm not a social worker then smile(Gentle Not HAHAHAHA😂 ) .

If they ask how much hike do you need?
well.. that depends upon what skills do i have at that time, How good i'm for completing the tasks given to me.

If you are a fresher and they ask you what are your salary expectations?

If they mentioned salary details in job posting and you attended that interview,.. You have already accepted their deal so ask that much only. If they didn't mentioned anything get to know about the company's basic pay then you can ask that one. or else they'll say like sorry we can't pay you that much for this role. Then you will be stuck. You can't say like no no that one is also ok for me which shows lack of your confidence on yourself. If u demanded more than they expected your attitude should be of that much. you need to prove that you are capable of that.

Would you lie for the company?

They'll ask you this question to test you, like how do you manage your situations. It is a very tricky question and the interviewer wants to hear only what he wants to hear from you.
The tip is don't say like No, I won't lie to anyone.. In my life i never lied to anyone bla bla bla..

Just say it depends on the situations. Buy the time gap and think, This is also depends upon Which interview You're attending and What role.

My kind of answer is:
It depends on What situation i am in. I would never lie purposefully. I personally think that if you lie once you need bring more lies to coverup the first one. So it will be very hard to handle it later.
But if a lie can save the company's reputation i'll definately do that one.

Tell me something that is not in your resume?

Here the interviewer wants to know some extra curicular activities apart from academic scores. you can mention ur somethings like science fair and how did you managed ur team in some critical situations.
Tell them the proper situations which suits perfect for the job.

Some topics can be like:

-Team managing skills.
-Time management.
-Some accomplishments you achieved.
-Explain Why you want this job.
-Only some activities which are not mentioned in ur resume

Don't share personal things. It's upto you because interviewer won't be much interested in your personal things his end goal is to hire someone who can work efficiently. if he finds that your personal life interrupts your job life then he won't be hiring you. So be careful about this. Only if they ask about family details then you can tell them but not much personal things just names and what they do that it.

Where do you see yourself in next 5 years?

This question is believed to be super daunting and mind-numbing, but keep in mind, your recruiters are not even interested about your actual plans. They just want to see how well you reply to impromptu questions. Interviewers would like to assess you on your confidence, aspirations and career outlook.

An answer to this question is not known even by the recruiters. Be realistic while replying to this question. You can say something like this

Be convincing:
I am positive and determined towards achieving mine as well as the company’s goals. I will be committed and dedicated to my profession and deliver the best, while learning from the best. Having said that, I see myself in a managerial role and demonstrating my leadership capabilities.

Don't be overconfident or negative like : "I don't know" And
"I plan to be the CEO of the company. My friends say I am the best, and I should not settle for anything less than the best."

🎈Common mistakes in "Tell me about yourself"
Let's start with greeting the interviewer (First impression) and this is the most common mistake. People often do this because of nervousness, Always check the time before entering the interview.
Good morning ( before 12 noon),
Good Afternoon (12pm to 4:30pm),
Good Evening( 4:30pm to midnight)

using words and phrases such as: Hey,Umm,Kinda, gonna, whatever,stuff,etc..
‌Not smiling while you're expressing yourself.
‌Not making eye contact.
‌Using improper ways to introduce yourself.
I.e., Myself John wick.
‌Using Mr (Mister), Ms, Mrs etc.
‌Not using your full name, for example, Your name is "John wick" but you are using "John" only.
‌Not being on a point, Getting off the track.
‌Using superlative sentences when you describe yourself. Such as I am the best programmer etc.
‌Touching nose, forehead, cracking fingers, shaking legs etc.

If your speaking skills are good say this

I am a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. I work efficiently both as an individual contributor as well as along with a team. I seek new challenges and try to think out-of-the-box while looking for creative solutions to a given problem. Besides the details given in my resume, I believe in character, values, vision, and action. I am a quick learner and believe in learning from my mistakes for I strongly feel that this virtue will take me ahead in life and career.

⭐️Tmrw I'll answer "why did you applied for this job? If you are from ECE/Civil...etc"

The technical and the non technical ,both fields seems very interesting to me. I chose Btech ........ ,So that I can have more opportunities, in both technical and non technical fields.
⭐️While I was doing B.tech I found these softwares were interesting. I do have lot of friends from CSE department and I used to learn from them. then I found out that I can also apply for these software jobs if I learn these required skills.
⭐️I am inherently a creative and a people's person. And I strongly believe a technical person like me has an analytical mind, creative skills, right attitude to take up any work and do justice to the requirements.

🔔Don't say that you need a job there to earn some money.
Do research about that company. Like which kind of projects they are working on. about CEO and all

⭐️Your answer should be:
I'm a fresher, I did my research about this company. I found that, This company gonna be a good platform for me to improve my current skills as well as to achieve company's goals. and talk about one or two good projects of that company. and Say I would love to be part of that specific project ⭐️(Here be careful talk about the projects based on which role you are applying for or they will say we don't have positions in that project).
When it comes to the CEO of this company, He is a good leader. He can guide the people very well. I read the company's blog how it started and now it's one of the best company in this xxxxxx industry.
