Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
- Have experience min. 2 years as IT Support
- Understanding the basic fundamentals on network infrastructures, information management and configuring network devices (Routers and switches, Firewall, CCTV, IP Phone)
- Good knowledge of Windows Server & Client, Networking Concept
- Able to configure and maintain email server, troubleshooting hardware and software
- Understanding the basic fundamentals on POS or Hotel System
- Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills

Responsibility :
- Implementing, maintaining and monitoring network devices and server
- Installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks withing the office
- Handle troubleshooting hardware/software (PC and Server)
- Logging the support calls and conducting general diagnostic and troubleshooting
