We are looking for an experienced and committed professional to join our team as Turbine Foreman, Sr. Mechanical Engineering Assistant. If you have a strong background in power plant operations, especially in turbine and mechanical systems, and possess excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

1. Turbine Foreman

Qualifications:
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. At least 3–5 years of experience in turbine operation and maintenance, preferably in a coal-fired power plant.
3. Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team.
4. Strong understanding of turbine system components and troubleshooting.
5. Able to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
6. Willing to be placed in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi.

2. Sr. Mechanical Engineering Assistant

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a mechanical role, preferably in power plants, heavy industries, or energy sectors.
3. Hands-on experience with turbines, boilers, pumps, compressors, piping systems, valves, and other mechanical equipment.
4. Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
5. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), and technical manuals.
6. Knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting, repair methods, and root cause analysis.
7. Understanding of power plant operations and safety regulations (K3, SMK3, etc.).
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
