Assalam walikum brother.. I hope you're doing good..
I wanted to ask is that applying light makeup(like just a little lip pink balm with powder and little blush?)
is prohibited while fasting?

Waalaikum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh
No harm in using them till you aren't eating/swallowing them.

Shaykh Ibn Baz (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked in Majmu’ al-Fatawa (15/260):

What is the ruling on women using kohl and some cosmetics during the day in Ramadan? Do these things break the fast or not?

He replied:

“Kohl does not break the fast of men or women according to the more correct of the two scholarly opinions, but it is better to use it at night if one is fasting.

The same applies to soaps, creams etc that are used to beautify the face and are applied to the surface of the skin, including henna, makeup and the like . There is nothing wrong with using them for one who is fasting, but makeup should not be used if it will cause harm to the face. And Allah is the source of strength.”

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymin (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked about the ruling on a fasting person using ointment to treat dryness of the lips.

He replied:

“There is nothing wrong with a person using ointment to moisturise the lips or nose, or moistening them with water, or with a cloth and the like, but he should avoid anything that could reach the throat. But if anything reaches the throat without him intending it to, there is no sin on him, just as if he rinses his mouth and some water reaches his throat by accident, his fast is not invalidated by that.” (Majmu’ al-Fatawa, 19/224)

Shaykh Ibn Jibrin (may Allah preserve him) said in Fatawa ‘Ulama Balad al-Haram (201):

“There is nothing wrong with applying creams to the body while fasting if there is a need for that, because the cream only reaches the surface of the skin and does not enter the body. Even if it is absorbed by the pores it is not regarded as breaking the fast.”
Someone has a query:

" السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

Would you trust a doctor for surgery if he only learned through YouTube and online resources? If not, why is it acceptable to answer questions without proper knowledge?

As someone older and experienced in studying the deen, I advise you to focus on your own knowledge of the deen before issuing fatwas.

Additionally, why do you choose to remain anonymous? This can raise doubts about your intentions, especially when some exploit vulnerable individuals.

In summary, consider being transparent about your identity and relay questions to a qualified shaykh so that others know who is providing their guidance.

Again, I just want good for you and all Muslims.

جَزَاكَ ٱللَّٰهُ خَيْرًا
"
What do you people say?

Proclaim the takbeer

'Abd b. 'Amr b. al-'As said: The Prophet of Allah (ﷺ) said: There are seven takbeers in the first rak'ah and five in the second rak'ah of the prayer offered on the day of the breaking of the fast.

Sunan Abi Dawud 1151
Grade: Hasan (Al-Albani)

But
Imam Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him) was of the view that everything that was narrated from the Sahaabah (may Allah be pleased with them) concerning the additional takbeers in the Eid prayer is acceptable, and he said: The Companions of the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) differed concerning the takbeers, and all their views are acceptable.
