香港Disney+再被指下架《阿森一族》其中一集 內容涉諷刺中國強迫勞動

據《金融時報》、《路透社》等報道，影音串流平台Disney+的香港區服務，近日下架《阿森一族》（The Simpsons）的其中一集。報道指，涉事集數為第34季第2集，標題為《One Angry Lisa》，內容提及媽媽瑪吉（Marge Simpson）與健身教練進行單對單的網上會面，期間教練用虛擬背景模擬到訪中國，介紹中國有數大奇迹，包括比特幣礦山（Bitcoin mines）、由孩童製作手提電話的強迫勞動營（Forced labour camps where children make smartphones）和浪漫（Romance）。

翻查內地字幕組翻譯，發現涉事集數於許多盜版網站依然存在，但中文字幕則未有提及強迫勞動，相關句子僅被譯為「智能手機生產營」。@Channelchk

德國大眾（Volkswagen）被指幫中共洗白，並堅持在新疆辦廠，因此在一項國際評級中被指控涉新疆強迫勞動，近日遭「德卡銀行」（DekaBank）停止投資其金融產品。分析估計，會有更多基金公司採取類似決定，導致大眾面臨再融資困難。有維吾爾人權人士期望金融業界採取更強硬措施，迫使中共停止打壓人權。⁣

德媒《經濟周刊》（WirschaftsWoche）近日披露，大眾現在面臨著再融資的問題，因大眾公司可能涉及新疆人權問題，德國投行「德卡銀行」的基金經理不再被允許投資大眾的可持續金融產品。據知「德卡銀行」去年11月起，已將所有大眾股票從其可持續產品中移除。相信其他基金公司都可能會做出類似的決定。⁣

大眾汽車在其新疆業務上正面臨着新的問題。此前一位高管訪問了中國西北部地區，試圖消除人們對維吾爾族和其他突厥裔穆斯林在政府嚴厲的同化政策下遭受強迫勞動和其他虐待的擔憂。這家德國汽車製造商的中國區負責人表示，他在擁有10年歷史的烏魯木齊工廠沒有看到任何侵犯人權的行為，而該公司表示，強迫維吾爾人勞動不是其供應鏈的一部分。

Volkswagen is facing fresh questions about its operations in Xinjiang, after an executive visited the northwestern Chinese region to try to allay concerns that Uyghurs and other Turkic Muslims are subject to forced labor and other abuses under harsh government assimilation policies. The German carmaker's China chief said he saw no human rights violations at the 10-year-old Urumqi plant, while the company has said that forced labor of Uyghurs is not part of its supply chain.

China using families as 'hostages' to quash Uyghur dissent abroad

According to BBC, China is forcing Uyghurs in UK to spy on each other by keeping their relatives as hostages. Some Uyghurs are given money pay for meals for campaign leaders in order to stay close to them. They are also instructed to register companies as cover-ups. Several companies are already set up for that purpose.

This strategy is also used at American activist Julie Millsap, who is married to a Han Chinese. She would receive phone calls from her sister-in-law, threatening them that their child will become orphan.

The US Gov't is starting to address this matter seriously and introduce the Transnational Regression Policy Act. However, it is questionable whether this act will help restrict China from its coercion.
