影片全長一分鐘，先用文字快速交代短片用意，「是時候感謝一些朋友」，指共52個國家逾兩萬人為烏克蘭而戰，以不同形式支持烏克蘭，並穿插52國家的旗幟，包括英、美、日、德、韓等國家，其中更明顯看到台灣的「中華民國國旗」，以及香港的「黑洋紫荊旗」。

【48歲婦轉載烏克蘭感謝52國片段 被控煽動】
【還押至4.27 官拒放寬報道限制】

一名48歲家庭主婦前日被國安處拘捕，被指在twitter及facebook轉貼港獨相關貼文，據悉又轉載烏克蘭感謝52個國家支援的片段，而片段內出現一黑色洋紫荊旗。被控「作出一項或多項具煽動意圖的行為」，今(30日)被押解至西九龍裁判法院首次提堂，控方申請無須答辯，押後至4月27日再訊，以待警方調查所搜得的兩部電話。

蘇惠德總裁判官拒絕被告保釋申請，指沒有足夠證據證明被告不會再繼續危害國家安全。被告放棄8天保釋申請。另有傳媒申請撤銷報道限制，蘇官休庭15分鐘考慮後拒絕。

羅愛華（48歲，家庭主婦），被控於2022年6月6日至2023年3月28日期間（包括首尾兩日），在香港，作出一項或多項具煽動意圖的作為，即在Twitter和Facebook發布、提供及/或持續提供陳述、相片、圖片及/或影片，具意圖：
a）引起憎恨或藐視中央及/或香港特别行政區政府或激起對其離叛；
b）激起香港居民企圖不循合法途徑促致改變其他在香港的依法制定的事項；
c）煽惑他人使用暴力；及/或
d）慫使他人不守法或不服從合法命令。
