司法機構公開民刑事法官名單 特首辦：毋須公開國安法官名單

目前各級法院法官名單對外公開，為了確認一般認知的審理各類案件專責法官名單（例如處理憲法及行政訴訟是原訟庭法官周家明）同屬公開資料，眾新聞記者早前向司法機構提出《公開資料守則》申請，查詢高等法院原訟庭刑事及各類民事案件專責法官。

司法機構回應時稱，原訟庭目前審理刑事案件法官包括11名法官，包括國安法指定法官李運騰。在民事案件方面，司法機構提供海事、商業、破產及清盤、憲法及仲裁案、人身傷亡及遺囑認證案的法官姓名。（詳細名單見文末）

外界目前無從得知指派國安法官原則及名單，例如，被控煽動罪而非國安法的人民力量譚得志一案，則由國安法指定法官審理，譚早前因申請保釋被拒，還柙至明年5月再訊。

【教育局新國家安全指引扼殺校園表達自由】

就教育局發布維護新一份國家安全及國家安全教育行政指引和課程安排，禁止在校園內和平表達政見和舉辦活動，國際特赦組織香港分會認為這並非維護國家安全，而是公然剝奪師生表達自由的權利。

國際人權法列明，政府只能在面對危害該國家主權或國土完整的明確武力威脅時，才可以對若干權利實施限制。香港政府絕不能以國家安全為借口，對校園內的表達自由施加不必要的限制。

至少兩個消息向眾新聞確認，任職東區法院高級二等檢控主任的法庭檢控主任會前主席黃華芬數日前突遭律政司停職。律政司內部流傳他已休假一段時間，並可能面對紀律程序，目前未清楚具體指控內容。

記者嘗試向黃華芬發電郵查詢，但黃的律政司電郵地址已不存在（address not found），顯示錯誤編號「550」。政府電話簿中，黃本身的高級二等檢控主任顯示為「懸空」。據悉，黃華芬去年辭去檢控主任會主席一職。
