Possibly symptoms of infected patients

Mr Luke, I want to tell you about someone I know who was infected by Wuhan Coronavirus. It is really scary.

My colleague was a 27 years old healthy man. I’ve never quite seen him feeling unwell. He was from Huanggang, Hubei province.

On 22 Jan, he went home for Chinese New Year by train. He transitted at Wuhan station to Huanggang. I assume he should not have left home after he arrived, and he had his mask on. I am a fan of your programme, therefore I reminded him about wearing a mask. Although I am not sure if he paid much attention. At that time, the government was not particularly keen on the issue.

I tried to ring him on the 27 Jan. However, his parents answered and informed me that he has passed already away. He did not show any symptoms with no fever and only mild coughing. He was sent to the ICU straight after he was admitted to the hospital. Sadly, he passed away on the 26 Jan at night. It only lasted for 4 days! There was not even any incubation period.

He was the only son of his family and his family is now in deep sorrow.
