Today marks the fifth month after the death of Chow Tsz-lok, a 22-year-old student who fell down from Sheung Tak Car Park, with police allegedly responsible for his death.

Despite the pandemic, lots of citizens arrived at Sheung Tak Estate and set public altar to pay tirbute to him. A arge group of riot police was seen standing by. Whenever a citizen intended to go near the alter, he/she was asked to leave, or they may be charged of violating the gathering ban, a new law established due to the Coronavirus that restricts public gathering to less than four people.

Police Heavily Deployed At Altar for Chow Tsz-Lok, Warns Civilians With Coronavirus Rule

Lots of civilians arrived at the altar to mourn Chow Tsz-lok, police repeatedly demanded civilians to leave citing the gathering ban.

Riot police was heavily deployed at the altar and inside the Sheung Tak car park. No civilian was allowed to go near the altar or enter the car park.

Besides, police set up cameras at different spots reportedly for livestream.
