🌪 The eruption of Kīlauea volcano resumed on February 25 at 18:26. This is already the 11th episode of the eruption, continuing with significant intensity. Recent footage captured by Scott Malis not only showcases the power of volcanic activity but also features a unique natural phenomenon: the "lavanado" — a mini tornado swirling directly over the lava.

🌋 On Thursday morning, February 27, around 6:35 AM, the eruption of the northern crater ceased. About 30 minutes later, the eruption of the southern crater also stopped. Lava flows from the 11th episode covered about 75% of the floor of the Halemaʻumaʻu crater. According to HVO, both craters are still degassing.
