YUZU emulator developers will pay Nintendo $2.4m, give all sources, domain name, etc. Creators haven't had good lawyers to resist such an attack. The process of a deal took less than a week. It can be a bad sign for any emulator creators who want to monetize their work (which made them easily trackable for authorities).

❌ All repositories, website, Discord channels, and a Patreon page will be taken down asap. The GitHub page is already down.

🤔 Why now? Switch 2 is coming soon and they will sell remasters for a full price. And to make it look reasonable there should be no alternatives.

Bloodborne has been launched on PC via the new PS4 emulator. It's not yet playable but you can make a character.

There's still no remake or PC port announcement. Rumors said that the studio doesn't have a full source of the game.

Which yet again makes emulation a valid solution for preserving games!
