There's something wrong with certain remasters (again) 😐 — the old Until Dawn looks better and works better most of the time. It's not just darker, they mess up with the fog shape and density, it's just one consistent white crap on the whole screen.
We have yet another "Remaster" (Horizon Zero Dawn) upcoming and in many areas it somehow looks worse — hair color is now darker and more consistent with loss of artistic intent, the light no longer falls realistically around the head, etc. Just why?

Are you hyped about Half-Life 2 RTX Remix? I'm not sure if the game really needs it, it looked well with already existing updates and community patches and aged well.
