I truly hate that the majority of UV-grid textures (to prepare models for seamless texturing) are 8x8, while I need 10x10. Made this one with soft gradient, feel free to use (will be later provided as HQ file with free license). I'll add numbers and stuff…

Free and customizable UV mapping texture made in Blender and shared under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License.
The texture has soft gradient which makes working with it easier for your eyes even for hours in a row. I've tried to balance out the amount of color on the final image to preserve visibility of geometry details and issues that can be missed on pure gray or too vivid UV textures.
Since I'm using it for real-world structures, it has extended 10×10 marked cells (instead of 8×8), and also .5 and .1 lines to allow size-perfect texturing. The 8×8 version is also available in the repository.
The Blender 4.2 file is also attached, so you can modify it for your needs or render in any resolution (if 4K is not enough).

Render96, a team specializing in preserving textures from retro video games, has unearthed the source of the stone wall texture from Super Mario 64.
The recent discovery is credited to one of the team's most notable Texture Archaeologists, Roovahlees, who found out that the stone wall texture in Super Mario 64's Jolly Roger Bay course came from a cropped section of an image on the VisualDisk – Walls CD, released in 1994 in Japan.
