Another update in VideoCut: especially for those who want to recode their huge videos from phone to online-ready format. Now you can specify if you'd like to just recode whole video without selecting fragments or if you want to force this video to be vertical (in case it's treated as horizontal by players). And if it was HDR and looks bleak in your Telegram chat - there is a checkbox for that too. And thanks to profile system, you can set your phone settings for future use without interfering with other tasks!
New release will contain another feature in form of external app, called Imager. It's a remake our older app used to optimise images, and is especially good for creating online versions of large images in batches. You can drag and drop a bunch of images, and they will be converted to whatever folder you want, renamed in process if needed, compressed, resized etc.

New release of SoundWorks 1.31 is an incremental update for prerequisites and Claude model list. Older models became unavailable, so the newer ones (Sonnet 4.5, Haiku 4.5) are used instead in Rewrite tool and wherever applicable.
IF your SoundWorks is closing on startup (so far reported on Windows 11), delete AutoUpdater.NET.dll file and it might solve the issue. We'll fix it by the mid January 2026.
Minor bugfix release of SoundWorks (1.31.6) was just released in Beta channel. Default setup was updated accordingly. New bugfix release coming this weekend, possibly more than one. SW will be tested on fresh Windows 11 system to fix Windows 11 related problems (such as high DPI) and general flaws in logic.

Small change in SoundWorks. YouTube Downloader page now supports JS Challenge solver installer and simpler updater for underlying ytdlp. The JS Challenge is what website asks your browser to perform to prove that it's not bot - usually resource-intensive cryptographic operation. Takes a fraction of a second, but bots usually either can't do it, or don't because it delays whatever bot fun they were planning to do. So, if some videos refuse to download because of the JS challenge - check that you have it installed. Installation is automatic, as always.

OK, when I'm saying "available" - I mean it exists. But for now, it was approved and released in Microsoft's Store, going under testing in Google Play (you can participate!), and only going to be deployed to Apple Store in August. And likely other stores where it's feasible.
At this moment it's English-only, but it will be translated to twelve languages.
In some countries and platforms it will cost up to $2, but it's free for watch, Linux and countries which objectively can't pay (e.g. Russia and some others). However, "paid" version has unlimited trial, so...
