- Architect and implement end-to-end container management using Kubernetes.

Requirements:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree or 5+ years of professional experience.
5+ years of experience as a technical specialist.
2+ years of hands-on experience of programming in languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++ or similar object-oriented language.
- Experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, using CloudFormation, Terraform, or other tools.
- Experience developing cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools, such as Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Code Deploy (AWS) and/or GitLab.
- Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed application architecture, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible in production environments.
- Knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing and firewall.
- Experience with monitoring and log aggregating frameworks such as Kafka, Logstash, Splunk, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
- Experience implementing and designing cloud native security concepts, DevSecOps, or MLOps.
- Strong presentation, verbal communication and written communications skills.
- Ability to lead effectively across organizations and engagements, preferably from a professional services organization or similar.

2+ years of hands-on experience of programming in languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++ or similar object-oriented language.
- Experience with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, using CloudFormation, Terraform, or other tools.
- Experience developing cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools, such as Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Code Deploy (AWS) and/or GitLab.
- Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed application architecture, such as containers, Kubernetes, and/or serverless technology.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible in production environments.
- Knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing and firewall.
- Experience with monitoring and log aggregating frameworks such as Kafka, Logstash, Splunk, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
- Experience implementing and designing cloud native security concepts, DevSecOps, or MLOps.
- Strong presentation, verbal communication and written communications skills.
- Ability to lead effectively across organizations and engagements, preferably from a professional services organization or similar.

Role:
Site Reliability Engineer will be a team responsible for operational excellence of our application availability, latency, performance, monitoring, emergency response and capacity planning in the cloud environment.
• Starting from clean sheet make company core applications run in the cloud
• Plan, deploy, upgrade, patch, expand and our public and hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Automate our infrastructure and application deployment and administration process
• Build and maintain state of the art monitoring as single source to determine the overall performance and availability of the services
• Build and maintain dashboards and other reporting/presentation tools for system KPI’s
• Identify, troubleshoot and fix performance issues across production systems and services,
• Contribute to the development of our cloud-native approach and technology stack, test new tools and technologies
• Maintain overall availability of the production services
• Respond to incidents, resolve problems or hand over to the right owner
• Continuously improve monitoring, incident response, and optimize service availability and performance
• Used tech stack: Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Splunk, LogRhythm, PowerShell, etc.
Skills & Experience:
• Cloud operations experience
• CI/CD toolset experience
• Strong systems management/administration and automation experience
• Ability to work with remote teams
• Methodical approach to complex problems
• Capability to define and document complex technical solutions
• Preferably experience in an environment with a positive focus on security and compliance (PCI DSS)
• Fluency in English (spoken & written)
• Russian knowledge (spoken)
