Site Reliability Engineers is a team responsible for operational excellence of our application availability, latency, performance, monitoring, emergency response and capacity planning in the cloud environment.
👨💻👩💻SCOPE:
• Starting from clean sheet make company core applications run in the cloud;
• Plan, deploy, upgrade, patch, expand our public and hybrid cloud infrastructure;
• Automate infrastructure, application deployment and administration process;
• Build and maintain state of the art monitoring as single source to determine the overall performance and availability of the services;
• Build and maintain dashboards and other reporting/presentation tools for system KPI’s;
• Identify, troubleshoot and fix performance issues across production systems and services;
• Contribute to the development of cloud-native approach and technology stack, test new tools and technologies;
• Maintain overall availability of the production services;
• Respond to incidents, resolve problems or hand over to the right owner;
• Continuously improve monitoring, incident response, and optimize service availability and performance.
💪🛠SKILLS&EXPERIENCE:
• Stack: Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Splunk;
• Cloud operations experience;
• CI/CD toolset experience;
• Strong systems management/administration and automation experience;
• Ability to work with remote teams;

• Capability to define and document complex technical solutions;

Requirements:
- 3+ years of infrastructure development and support;
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud platform (EC2, EKS, ECR, Route53, RDS, etc.);
- Experience or good knowledge of GCP / DigitalOcean cloud platforms.
- Experience with Docker containers and orchestrators (Docker-compose, Kubernetes);
- Heavy automation domain knowledge and experience with IaaC tools (Terraform);
- Good knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Helm,);
- Experience working with various CI/CD pipeline tools (Teamcity / Github Actions / Gitlab CI/CD);
- Good experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Sentry, etc.) and services (Datadog, Newrelic, etc.)
- Understanding of software development flow and processes;
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts;
