This position is perfect for those with deep technical, ad-tech experience and with willingness to develop as a leader to Executive level - so we look for a mix of great technical knowledge and perfect communication abilities.

Ad-Tech Knowledge (must have):
- Online ad-tech experience, working for RTB exchange, SSP, DSP or ad server company.
- Experience of building an advertising-related SDK.

tinyBuild ищет опытного геймдизайнера для работы над Hello Engineer (Unity) на полный рабочий день в офис в г. #Рига, #Латвия.
Требования:
Наличие выпущенных проектов в роли геймдизайнера;
Опыт работы с Unity (1+ год);
Опыт level design;
Написание, ведение и контроль игровой документации;
Умение совершенствовать игровые механики и связывать разные аспекты игры;
Большая наигранность в конструкторы (TerraTech, Scrap Mechanic и тп);
Опыт программирования - большой плюс.
Обязанности:
Дизайн уровней;
Баланс физики / оружия;
Проведение и анализ плейтестов;
Прототипирование игровых механик.
