📌𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤 is to build data and analytics capabilities in retail (including data roadmap development and execution, team formation and prioritized use cases delivery).
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🧷 Building the company's Data and Analytics department.
🧷 Managing and developing the department of the company.
🧷Managing the development of new approaches, workflows, and technologies.
🧷Proactively developing and implementing performance measures to improve the efficiency of the Data and Analytics department's processes.
🧷 Identifying new business opportunities and developing corresponding solutions.
🧷Developing technology business cases and budgets.
𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬:
📌Experience in data analytics, with significant experience in a leadership role, preferably within the retail sector or a similar dynamic environment, for 10+ years.
📌Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
📌Proven track record in developing and implementing data strategies and leading data-driven business transformation.
📌Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
