@akihheikkinen: Don't have any exact data at hand but at least until the past few years, I think Scuds was the most fired ballistic missile, with a reliability rate that deserved respect.
Accuracy in the conventional role (by today's standards) was another matter.

RT @EspenBarthEide: Proud to announce with @ZelenskyyUa in Kyiv today that Norway and Ukraine have concluded negotiations on a bilateral Agreement on Security Assurances.
Norway will #StandWithUkraine, as we have done since Russia's brutal aggression began.
Ukraine must win this war. 🇺🇦🇳🇴

You're welcome to listen to what we said from the 47th-49th minute mark. I complimented the work by @tochnyi several times, and I went out of my way to give them credit. The point I was making is that all of the data from this war have flaws and we have to be careful which conclusions we draw from them. I saw several people on twitter (not from their group) jump to the conclusion that Ukraine has a quantitative advantage in FPVs based on their data, which was contradicted by what we were told by several Ukrainian commanders.

@eDrotning @tochnyi @HartreeFock: I didn't criticize the analysis, I just wanted to point out that we can only jump to certain conclusions based on the data but not other ones. This is true for many different data sources in this war, and sometimes different sources give conflicting information.

@amoswap @tochnyi: You should apply a skeptical eye to everything, but there are reasons why our confidence is higher here. We heard a similar story from people in Kyiv and multiple parts of the front, from people of different ranks, different units/types of units, and we saw how well these units track data.

@eDrotning @tochnyi @HartreeFock: Absolutely, and both sides have an interest in not making all of these capabilities known, including to us. We have a report coming out that will look at this.
