Stumbled upon some Trump lore from 2005.
An officer with the West Palm Beach PD recounts how during his very first day of field training, doing traffic with his FTO, sitting in one of the first cars they pulled over for speeding was Trump. Would have happened sometime in the 80s or 90s.
I bet he has told this story a lot in the last 10 years.
