A Mainstay has arrived in Belarus.

This doesn't have to be linked to future air ops against Ukraine. Another possibility is that the plane will support Belarusian Air Force exercises as part of the ongoing readiness check, prehaps with other Russian aircraft participating too,

At around 14:27 (Kyiv time) the aircraft landed at Machulishchy airfield.

Claims Ukraine used Neptuen ASMs to target three Russian landing craft heading to the Mykolaiv coast in the first couple of days of the war. None were hit but the ships were apparently forced to turn back.
