Elements of the 2nd MRD and 4th GTD / 1st GTA reportedly in Bryansk Oblast.

While their combat capability likely is limited, formation of new units is nevertheless interesting, so if anyone has more info on Territorial Troops formations, that would be appreciated.

@ukraine_map Building was not used, basically empty the whole time after the liberation of Kherson, that’s why no casualties. 😑 I mean it’s one of the most obvious places where Russians would want to strike, especially as they are just across the river
