A prisoner exchange is currently taking place between Russia, the United States, Belarus, Slovenia and Germany. The Turkish channel NTV shows the first footage from Ankara airport, where the exchange is to take place.
Also according to Bloomberg - “Russia is releasing Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich and former US Marine Paul Whelan as part of a major prisoner swap with the US”

Another attempt of Lukashenka’s special services to incite ethnic hatred in Lithuania
In the center of Vilnius, right on the building of EHU, unknown people left an inscription (with spelling mistakes): “Tsikhanouskaya, get out of our city.”
Earlier, someone wrote several times “Vilnius is ours” (they tried to write it in Belarusian, but wrote it in a mix of Cyrillic and Latin scripts). These attempts to show an alleged hatred of Belarusians towards Lithuanians didn’t succeed and were ignored by the society. That’s why now Lukashenka’s special services portray the alleged hatred of Lithuanians towards Belarusians. Now they at least can be used by the Belarusian propaganda.
Last week, unknown people attacked the souvenir store of former Belarusian political prisoner Zmitser Furmanau. They broke the windows, the door, and left an inscription in Lithuanian “Go back home, Belarusian swines” (again with spelling mistakes).
