Prerequisites
• At least 3 years’ professional working experience on PHP Development. Experience in Laravel and CodeIgniter.
• Holds at least Bachelor degree major in Computer Science, IT or with relevant skills.
• Strong coding skills in PHP, MySQL, and Javascript.
• Strong knowledge in developing fast response API, Website or Web application.
• Knowledge in using git and Linux command line.
• Strong experience of troubleshooting
• Able to produce high secured coding.
• Able to produce high performance optimization of coding.
• Able to produce high quality and format of coding.
• Proven good support & communication skills with client or teamwork.
• Good in English and Khmer both in spoken and written language.
• Able to work under time pressure, adaptability & flexibility.
Responsibilities
• Lead & Manage developer teams by assigning and tracking project development progress.
• Manage assigned task estimations, daily tasks log-time and regularly tracking task status progress of team members.
• Manage daily scrum meetings with team members.
• Manage PHP application feature and functionality analysis.
• Manage php technology challenges.
• Manage Git source code control, merging codes and deploy to production.
• Manage support and communication with clients for problem solving.
• Manage work plan and manage daily task log-time.
• Manage training or meeting with team members actively.
• Ensure all subordinates can handle and deliver projects on timeline with good quality.
• Set weekly technical training to develop team capacity in order to equip the subordinates with the right technical and practical skill to deal with any challenges in project management.
• Resolve all the bugs reported by the QA team in a timely manner.
