Job Description
------------------
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers/owners.
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, page navigation buttons and search fields, etc.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how product UIs function and look like.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Work as an active and collaborative member of a Scrum team
• Develop the overall Codingate visual design and user interface strategy across all digital platforms utilizing industry best practices
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, project manager, communications and product leads to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces with sales driven results
• Recommend UI features and functionality that elegantly solve customer needs.
• Creative idea to design an amazing mobile/website mock-up
Job Requirements
--------------------
• Minimum of 1 year UI/UX and visual design experience with a digital agency or corporate team.
• Portfolio of design projects
• Experienced in responsive design and mobile/tablet UI UX
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and Envision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD, and Illustrator.
• A portfolio that showcases several recent designs across multiple platforms that demonstrates user advocacy, analytical decision-making and strategic thinking
• Deep knowledge of cross-platform web/mobile usability standards and UI specifications
