Yesterday I found that Telegram updated it's Terms of Service in Brasil without notifying it's users. 😕 (https://t.me/tginfoen/1395)
Someone shared this useful website, that reads terms of conditions and grades apps accordingly. (https://tosdr.org/)
Telegram still has a B with one yellow item - that they can update the terms without notifying the users.
But looking up other apps and websites, it seems that the average grade is D-E. 😅
Quite sad that that's the industry standard. And mainstream media keeps criticizing telegram regularly.
