TkG kernels were bumped to 5.9 for the following schedulers: bmq, pds, and cfs
chaotic-nvidia was also repacked and its pkgrel bumped.

Thanks to many efforts from all co-maintainers. Our build routines are working as expected and now are better distributed between all clusters. And we have some jobs in an HPC datacenter backing us up for larger builds.

Now it's time to fill the repo with packages again. By now we added only ~700 (used to have ~4000).

Unlike before, now we need to choose the cluster that will keep building the package, because of that we'll only accept requests made in https://github.com/chaotic-aur/packages/issues.
1 - No need for being formal;
2 - You can have multiple distinct packages in one issue;
3 - Feel free to bump packages from other users issues.

Note: TkG packages (except wine and kernels) are now building hourly.

When upgrading to linux-tkg* 5.11 notice that it temporarily does not support bcachefs.

Right now we have (re-)built 77 variations of linux-tkg (muqss and bmq are ready), just 56 to go (pds and cfs).

NOTE: 5.11.4 with futex2 and anbox, but without bcachefs

We got one of those back, so we're back to hourly builds! Package adoption is still slow as we don't have 100% of our processing power back.
