【#47人案 17人不認罪 今日審訊前審核】
47名民主派人士涉於2020年組織及參與立法會初選，被控「串謀顛覆國家政權」罪，當中17人不認罪，包括 #梁國雄、#林卓廷、#何桂藍、#陳志全、#余慧明、#黃碧雲、#鄭達鴻、#楊雪盈、#彭卓棋、#何啟明、#劉偉聰、#施德來、#鄒家成、#林景楠、#柯耀林、#李予信 和 #吳政亨。
根據司法機構網頁，案件今日（17日）上午10時，於西九龍裁判法院展開審訊前審核。案件不設陪審團，由三名《#國安法》指定法官陳慶偉、李運騰和陳仲衡審理。
審訊前審核，一般是指開庭之前，法庭確定控辯雙方已準備好相關文件、證物提堂，並已派妥證人傳票等。
案件暫定今個月30日正式開審，預計審訊長達 90日。
案中部分被告不准保釋，包括何桂藍、鄒家成、林卓廷、梁國雄、余慧明及吳政亨，各人至今已還押 15 至 22 個月。

前立法會議員林卓廷及另外6人被指在2019年7月21日在元朗站內對抗白衣人，被控暴動，案件今日（16日）在區域法院續審。案發當日在車站控制室觀看閉路電視的警員作供指，案發時看見有人打鬥，為數超過100人；他曾經多次致電負責指揮當晚部署的警區行動室，獲回覆「處理緊」。另外對於當晚行動，他的記事冊只記錄了5行，警長承認自己疏忽，同意當晚有很多事情值得記錄。
