آقای جان فورد در نوشته زیر به خوبی فضای دو استاندارد آمریکا و انگلستان به تصویر می کشد و در ابتدا بیان می کند که چرا مقایسه این دو فضا بی معناست دو استاندارد با اهداف کاملاً متفاوت ایحاد شده اند. و همچنین در کجا بهم این استاندارد کمک می کند.

در فضای قیاس گونه جهت درک بهتر این دو سند به خوبی این دو سند برای افراد که در جریان موضوع نیستند باز میکند توجه داشته چون نوشته های لینکدین افکار و تجربیات شخصی هست حتماً نوشته هايي که جالب به نظر میرسند تا چند روز نظرات کاربران زیر نوشته دنبال کنید.

Dear clients/FM professionals:
If you ask for #COBie please make sure you ask for a QC report to go with the file. If you don’t, just delete the file as soon as you receive it and save yourself the pain of trying to actually use it.

Saw a COBie file today that had been handed over at the end of a project to a client that had almost 20,000 errors when run through the QC reporter. #CrapCOBie
