BIM Unlimited is an international team of individuals led by a desire to create innovative architecture within a collaborative BIM workflow. A number of the team have previous experience of a Build Live competition. The lead architect #Ruben #Fernandez and his team of architects at #Estudio Caribe have created some sophisticated architectural concepts in previous competitions with complex, non standard geometry and the rest of the multidisciplinary team are once again looking forward to responding to these concepts this time around. The major disciplines within the team use a different primary software within their specialist fields of #Architecture, #Structural #Design and Analysis, #MEP Design, Pedestrian Flow Analysis and Environmental Analysis. They exchange their #BIM #models using #IFC . We look forward to seeing what we can create in the short timeframe allowed. #Hyperloop
