Fall 2025 PhD Positions in Materials and Optoelectronic Science

Positions Available:
1–2 PhD positions are available for outstanding international candidates for the Fall 2025 semester (experimental materials science only; simulation-focused projects are not applicable).
We are seeking talented candidates with a master’s degree in physics, chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or nanotechnology. Our group and National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) offer guaranteed stipend and tuition packages to qualified PhD students. All funded positions and application procedures follow official NSYSU regulations.

In your cover letter, please describe your central research interests, long-term ambitions, and how your expertise aligns with Advanced Semiconductor and Materials Science. Interviews will be conducted for promising candidates.
