Responsibilities:-
1. Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
2. Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
3. Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
4. Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
5. Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
6. Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
7. Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
8. Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
9. Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics
Following up the internal H&S training plan.
Qualification's :-
1) Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or Agriculture or Science, Certificate in safety management or relevant field is preferred.
2) Three to five years of experience in related field required with supervisory experience a plus, over all experience not less than 10 years in Manufacturing.
3) Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies
4) Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
5) Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
6) V. Good in English.

Responsibilities:

Conduct and/or Participate in Client's safety audits for Contractor and Subcontractor.
Perform Risk Assessment as directed by Client's Senior Safety Engineer.
Review the contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of Safety requirements and procedures and advise the Construction Manager of any deficiency.
Review and advise the Project Director/Manager on site safety organizations and key personnel CVs as submitted by the Contractors.
Review Safety Procedures as submitted by the Contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with Contract requirements.
Review Inspection Test Plans as submitted by the Contractors and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Ensure all activities on site are in compliance with safety procedures in respect of the format signed off by Contractor’s Safety Officer.
Ensure Contractor’s Safety Staff on site are adequate and report to the Project Director in case of shortfall.
Review Contractor’s safety records and documents to ensure major construction equipment is maintained regularly.
Ensure Contractor’s Safety Training for Site Laborers is regularly maintained.
Ensure Contractor’s Laborers on site are following safety procedures and report to Project Director in case of deficiency.
Closely monitor site activities on a daily basis issuing non-compliance reports where necessary and informing Project Director/Manager.
Participate in weekly meetings and monthly executive meetings.
Coordinate with other HSE Managers to ensure that HSE policy is implemented by Contractors.
Participate with PM staff in reviewing and assessing Close out Report as submitted by Contractor.

Qualifications:
-Excellent command of English Language is a must.
-15+ Years of experience is a must.
-Railway experience is a plus 🚉🚇🚈.
