QA Document controller
Main Dutiesd :
- Establish, maintain, and update document control systems to ensure the efficient handling of all documentation.
- Maintain the integrity of each document by ensuring that all information in it is accurate and updated.
- Develop the Document Control Procedure to match the requirements of company and updated guidelines.
- Performs the Standard Operating Procedures reviewing, issuing, distributing, withdrawal, obsoleting and archiving in compliance with the Internal, Data Integrity and cGMP and all relevant Guidelines requirements.
-Track all the updated and approved SOPs and Records and list the obsoleted SOPs and ensure that the controlled copies of latest approved documents are properly distributed to the relevant departments.
- Distribute the Approved Documents lists to each department periodically.
- Develop electronic filing and archiving system.
Main Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science.
2:3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Basic Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word , Excel , etc.,)
Effective Communication & Time Management.
Resourcefulness & Result-Oriented.
Planning & Follow-up.
Proficient typing and editing skills.
Data organization skills.
