𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 – 𝐅𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐦
Some of Job Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement QA and QC processes, procedures, and policies to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer expectations.
•Monitor and analyze quality control data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
•Lead and manage a team of QA and QC personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, departments, and stakeholders to align quality processes with business objectives.
•Conduct quality audits, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
•Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure raw materials and components meet established quality standards.
•Manage and maintain quality documentation, ensuring records and reports are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Science, MBA is a plus.
•𝟒–𝟔 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟑 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫.
•Previous background in the pharmaceutical/ cosmeceutical industry.
•Familiarity with quality control processes, cosmeceutical industry standards, and regulations.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Odoo ERP System.
