Job Description
1-Ensure that the production process is being applied according to the set standards to meet the target.
2-Monitoring production lines and workers to make sure they are running according to the set quality standards and required speed.
3-Making daily/weekly/monthly reports to the production manager about the lines' performance levels and give recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
1-Bachelor's degree in Faculties : Sciences - Pharmacy
-- Engineering(Production).
2-Previous Experience in #Cosmetics/Pharmaceutical
Knowledge of GMP
3-Excellent at using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
4-Good communication Skills.
5-Strong organizational and managerial skills
2-3 years of experience in the same field

Senior Quality Assurance Specialist is needed for one of the leading cosmetics companies in Egypt .

Location: Helwan, Egypt.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement robust quality control procedures and quality assurance measures specific to cosmetics manufacturing.
-Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
-Provide expert guidance and support to technical teams to enhance product quality and achieve quality objectives effectively.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, R&D, and regulatory affairs to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
-Lead and participate in internal audits and supplier evaluations to maintain and improve quality standards throughout the supply chain.
-Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality assurance practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:
-Proven experience of 3-5 years in Quality Assurance, with a minimum of 2-3 years specifically in the cosmetics industry.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or similar).
