#محمود_سلامة_محمود_الهايشة السؤال: السؤال هنا يقوم بتعقيمه بغسله ( اي الشعير ) فى ماء مزود اليه كلور من بتاع الغسيل...... هل هذا الكلور غير ضار بصحة الانسان والحيوان؟!!الإجابة: احد اهم المشكلات التي تواجه استنبات الشعير هي ظهور العفن ونمو الفطريات بشكل كبير جدا في المستنبت خاصة ان نسبة الرطوبة والحرارة مناسبة جدا لنموها، وكذلك الشعير وجذوره غنية جدا في الغذاء السهل والميسور لنمو الفطريات، وإذا نمت الفطريات سوف تفرز السموم الفطرية وهي خطر على صحة الحيوان أو الطيور التي تتغذى عليها.. لذا يتم استخدام الكلور كمادة كيماوية معقمة للحبوب، ولكن لو قرأت عن تفاعلات الكلور مع أي مادة عضوية لعرفت انها تكون مواد أخرى جديدة مسرطنة.. وهي من عيوب استخدام الكلور في تطهير وتعقيم مياه الشرب في محطات تنقية مياه الشرب.السؤال: جزاك الله كل خير علي رد سيادتكم واتمني من الله وجود بديل للكلور افضل؟!الإجابة: بالفعل هناك بعض المحاولات والتي لا استطيع أن أؤكد عن فاعليتها من عدمه، وهي إضافة بعضا من معادن الطين (Clays) من البنتونيت والزيلوليت إلى حبوب الشعير التي سوف تستنبت بحيث تقلل من نمو الفطريات أو تثبط نموها، كبديل لاستخدام غاز الكلور. بقلم / محمود سلامه الهايشه – كاتب وباحث مصري ، elhaisha@gmail.com =====.Washing and sterilizing the barley grains used in culturing with chlorineQuestion: The question here is to sterilize it by washing it (that is, barley) in water supplied to it by chlorine from the laundry. ...... #محمد_علي_محيي_الدين ما يحدث في العراق هذه الأيام من فوضى في القرارات والتصرفات شيء يبعث على الأسى والحزن، ففي ظل غياب الدولة، وغياب القانون حدث انفلات كبير لا يعلم عواقبه إلا الله والراسخون في العلم، فالقرارات يناقض بعضها البعض، وتعدد مراكز القرار خلق هذا التباين في القوانين والقرارات، فقد فرحنا جميعا يوم شكل المجلس الأعلى لمكافحة الفساد وتوقعنا أن نرى كبار الفاسدين خلف القضبان، ولكن ما أزال الفرحة هو عدم وجود شيء طبق في القضاء على الفساد والفاسدين على الأرض، وما طرح مجرد شعارات وأقوال تذروها الرياح، فلا زال الفساد يمد أطنابه في كل مكان، ولا زال كبار الفاسدين بل وصغارهم يلعبون (طنب) دون أن يردعهم رادع أو يعيقهم قانون، والأنكى من ذلك أن يصدر عن المجلس قرار صارم يتم بموجبه محاسبة من يشير إلى الفاسدين دون دليل، وكأن الحكومة العراقية تطبق كل معايير الشفافية وتسمح للمواطن بالاطلاع على ما يحدث أو يجري على أرض الواقع من مشاريع وصفقات، ولعل ما يصدر من المنظمات الدولية وما يصرح به لوسائل الاعلام من قبل اللجان المعنية في مجلس النواب أو ما يشير له رئيس الوزراء في لقائه الأسبوعي ،عن حجم الفساد ليس دليلا على وجوده، وإن عدم تقديم أي حسابات ختامية منذ سنوات أكبر دليل على وجود الفساد، ولجم المواطن عن قول رأيه يكمن وراء صدور هكذا قرارات، تهدف لحماية الفاسدين، وزيادة فسادهم...التفت سوادي الناطور لي وقال: يـ&#64404ولون أكو عربنچي عنده عربانه ربل وزوج خيل تجرها . و&#64381ـان َ رزقه ُ " مشحط " ما مطلع الخبزة أله بطلاع الروح، وحتى الحصن مالته من وره الجوع يوميه ميت واحد، يوم من الايام كثروا الزوار بالولاية ومشت أموره وصار دخله زين و&#64404ام يشتري شعير لحصن العربانه بمكان &#64404شور الر&#64404ـي ، ويوم من الأيام شافت مرته الحصن راتعه وتاكل بالشعير بدون وجع &#64404ـلب فـ&#64404لت لرجلها أبو فلان هذا الحصان أكل أهواي شعير وخاف ينتخم ويموت، &#64404ـاللها ما عليچ أنتي خلي يموت الحصان من أكل الشعير أحسن مما يموت من الجوع، عاد ولا أحنه خليهم ياكلون بفلوس الوادم بلكي ينتخمون ونخلص منهم!!! ......
